REPAIRS & REFURBISHMENT
Biddeston Engineering are your one-stop shop for all forms of construction equipment repairs & maintenance.
We have the capabilities to fix your heavy equipment problems in-house.
MACHINING
Biddeston Engineering offers a comprehensive range of in house machining capabilities, with turning of diameters up to 1.2 meters and milling and boring of workpieces up to 3 tons. Our machining facility maintains a high standard of accuracy, through constant inspection and calibration of machine tools and measuring equipment.
HEAVY FABRICATION
Biddeston Engineering offers both in house and mobile heavy fabrication and repair, with welding and air arc gouging of up to 600 amps. We are also equipped with CNC plate cutting and pressing facilities with capacity for large plate up to 150mm thick.
Biddeston Engineering are the best heavy fabricators in the Darling Downs. Our fabrication tradesmen are highly skilled and are capable of doing projects requiring high stress/load welding requirements (AS/NZS 1554.1 SP). We also offer magnetic particle testing to ensure that your equipment is manufactured or repaired correctly.
LINE BORING
Biddeston Engineering have extensive experience in line boring. We offer a comprehensive line boring service, with mobile welding and machining of bores and faces up to 800 millimeters in diameter.
COMPONENT OVERHAUL
Biddeston Engineering offers complete component overhaul capabilities for your equipment. This includes disassembly, removal and replacement of worn or damaged componentry, and reassembly back to manufacturers or customers specifications.
PRESSING
Biddeston Engineering offers mobile and in-house pressing capabilities of up to 200 tons for the removal of pins and bushes, pressing and straightening of plates, etc.
THERMAL LANCING
Biddeston Engineering offers a thermic lancing service for the removal of stuck pins and bolts. We can perform thermal lancing both in our workshop and as a mobile service from our vehicles.
ENGINEERING
Biddeston Engineering have access to the latest Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for use with our engineering consultations.
