24M Grader rebuild for Hastings Deering
Biddeston Engineering has recently finalized all chassis repairs and modifications on a 24M Grader within the framework of the Hasting Deering CAT Certified Rebuild program. As part of this program, our team diligently worked towards providing the customer with a fully refurbished machine, restored to its original 'as new' standard.

Engine Mounting Pad Milling at DaanDine Compressor Station for Monadelphous
Biddeston Engineering recently completed on site milling operations at the Arrow Energy Daandine gas compressor station. This project required substantial prior planning and engineering, due to the fact that our team was only allocated 2 days on site to complete all operations in preparation for engine install.
We designed and manufactured a unique mounting structure for our mobile gantry mill. This ensured a timely setup as well as optomised accuracy and rigidity.
We were able to deliver the project ahead of schedule thanks to our unique mounting system and skilled team, ensuring the success of the maintenance operations for our client.

Chain Beams for Boral at Wellcamp Downs Quarry
Biddeston Engineering recently completed the design, manufacture and install of new chain beams, into the Boral Wellcamp Downs quarry. We were able to design these beams with a unique locking system ensuring the safe and efficient changeout of chains for future maintenance operations. Our skilled team dealt with the removal of old beams as well as the new install, ensuring minimal crusher downtime for our clients busy operation.
